I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mindful Moments for over 6 months, in that time they have helped me set up and manage many projects, and help me insert the necessary systems to help streamline my business. Anita was so passionate about the Navyia Edit, which I loved, so I asked her to work with me to build a marketing strategy. She saw me as an individual, she understood me as a founder, as a person, as a human firstly and then exactly what I wanted to do with the Naviya Edit, and the direction I was headed with it and where I wanted to go. So she actually made me believe in myself so much.

I actually came to Mindful Movements because I started my business back in Jan 2020 just before the pandemic hit. I was really looking for someone to give me a bit of a helping hand. I loved about Mindful Movements was there’s no program, there’s no 12-week program, you’re not stuck into something, you’re there with a person giving you the best advice that they can give at this point in their life, and it’s from someone who’s created a small business and I think we just bounced off each other really well.

Before I joined Mindful Movements (MM), I had numerous innovative ideas but struggled to bring them to life as I didn’t have the time. In January 2024, I decided to invest in myself and my business by co-working with MM. Initially, I committed to a three-month contract. However, I quickly recognised the immense benefits of having a dedicated team supporting me. Many of my business visions started to materialise, prompting me to extend my co-working arrangement for the rest of the year.

My word for 2024 is alignment. This commitment to alignment has driven me to overhaul my entire business, including policies, strategies, branding, and more. The transformation has been remarkable, thanks to the collaborative environment at MM, which has provided the resources and support necessary to turn my ideas into reality.
